The following list shows our range available for curved application with recommend curved radius.

Navurban Flex – Pencil round to 90 degree return is possible.

Available in all Navurban, Navurban Diamond, Navurban Elements & Navurban Earth finishes. PP film with a wallpaper liner backing.

Paperback Veneer Layon – 120-150mm radius

Layon from our Naveneer or Naveneer Naturals is applied to a thin paperbacking to increase strength in the timber for the bend application.

Raw Veneer Layon – 150-180mm radius

The loose layon from our Naveneer & Naveneer Naturals Range can be used for curved applications. However this radius can vary depending on the veneer itself based on species, structure and thickness. We recommend a paperback option on the layon for strength for the curved application.

1.8mm MDF (Kerf Sawed) – Varied radius depending on depth and distance between cuts.

For example – 40mm radius is achievable with a groove depth of 1mm and 3mm spacing between cuts.

1.8mm MDF – 250mm radius

All ranges can be applied to this substrate.

Sheet size only available in 3000 x 1200 MDF

Craftform – 250mm radius

All product ranges can be applied to craft form.
2400 x 1200 x 9mm MR MDF

This substrate can only be supplied G1S face due to the kerfed back which allows the substrate to bend either short or long.

3mm MDF – 300mm radius

All ranges can be applied to this substrate.
